He’s a connoisseur of marinates and sauces

He chases it all down with a splash of Grappa 

He’s the very best Italian iguana

Louis the Iguana, he’s an aficionado 

Of food, food, food, Italian food is his mantra

From sardines to gelato, lemon cello and piccata 

He’s the very best Italian iguana
